IADC jewelry show set for March
February 20, 2008
New York—The
Indo Argyle Diamond Council's exclusive viewing show (EVS) has been scheduled for March 12-13 in New York City.
The show, scheduled for a suite hotel, connects retailers with manufacturers that have factories in India and offices in the United States.
The IADC staff will handle the scheduling of appointments.
"This show has been a wonderful venue for retailers at every level—from independent retailers to midsized chains and the majors," IADC President Keith Dillmeier said in a press release. "The timing seems to be right for everyone. But the major reason this show has proven so successful is that the IADC staff works very hard to ensure that we are matching the retailers with the manufacturers that are right for their business and product needs. Our goal is to make it a very productive two days for everyone."
The EVS, which is in its 14th year, includes continental breakfast, catered lunch and an afternoon break both days.
In addition, there will be a cocktail party at the end of the first day.
