Geneva, Switzerland--IDEX Online SA has announced that it now will produce and distribute Diamond Intelligence Briefs (DIB), furthering the organization's partnership with Tacy Ltd., the diamond industry think tank led by Chaim Even-Zohar.

To ensure quick delivery and to meet the rapid changes taking place in the diamond world, DIB is shifting from a print to an online-only PDF format that will be e-mailed to subscribers.

The move to paperless format will mean that subscribers will have online access to both DIB and the online DIB archives.

"After more than 25 years of continuous publication, this is just the next step in a series of changes ensuring that the DIB remains up-to-date and authoritative, without jeopardizing its staunch independence," Even-Zohar said in a media release. "It's now more crucial than ever for industry leaders and executives to be kept apprised of events, background stories and analyses."

IDEX Online Editor-in-Chief Edahn Golan will be the new managing editor of DIB.

"Linking IDEX Online and DIB together is extremely exciting," Golan said. "It is the culmination of a long and fruitful relationship between two well-known and well-respected industry entities."

To mark the partnership between these two industry publications, new DIB subscribers who sign up for a year's subscription before March 15 will receive an extra three months of news, views and analysis at no extra cost.
