Christina Aguilera strikes new pose for Webster

Grammy award winner Christina Aguilera dons designs from Stephen Webster's fine jewelry and silver collections in the brand's 2009 ad campaign.

New York--In her debut ad campaign for Stephen Webster, pop star Christina Aguilera channeled the glamorous sirens of Alfred Hitchcock's films. This year, she's at it again, posing as the face of the brand's latest ads, but this time around she has a futuristic new look.

The soft waves of hair, bright red lipstick and vintage ensembles are gone, with Aguilera now done up with stick-straight hair, a neutral palette of makeup and a black leather get-up, making for an edgier, more modern campaign.

Developed by Trey Laird of Laird and Partners in conjunction with the designer himself, the 2009 campaign was inspired by both Webster's glam-rock style and Aguilera's new contemporary look. The campaign will make its debut in May and will feature jewelry from both Webster's fine jewelry and silver collections, with Aguilera wearing pieces such as cuffs, rings, earrings and necklaces.

"Stephen and I have been friends for many years and working together on a second campaign has been an amazing experience," Aguilera said in a media release. "I've truly enjoyed bringing his new vision to life and couldn't be more pleased to be a part of his continued success."

The campaign was photographed by Craig McDean and styled by Tabitha Simmons, with hair and makeup by Eugene Souleiman and Diane Kendall
