'Clasp' jewelry-making conference returns

Albuquerque, N.M.—Following a successful debut last year, industry supplier Rio Grande will once again host "Clasp—A Convergence of Jewelers."

The three-day conference, to be held in Denver from Sept. 14-16, will explore all aspects of jewelry-making, while giving attendees the opportunity to network with peers and interact with industry speakers.

In addition to sessions that help jewelry members enhance their creativity, jewelry-making skills and business acumen, the conference includes expanded bench-demonstration offerings, as well as a number of opportunities to dine with the experts, and to meet with session speakers one-on-one.

The benchmark of the Clasp conference is that it provides jewelry-makers with a casual, collaborative setting that allows attendees to invest in both personal development and interpersonal connections. It is designed to serve manufacturers, metalsmiths, designing jewelers and bench jewelers.

Clasp is produced by Rio Grande and its advisory partners: Bench Media, Ganoksin, Manufacturing Jewelers and Suppliers of America and the Society of North American Goldsmiths.
