Sherman Oaks, Calif.—Jewelry designer and manufacturer Zalemark Inc. has announced several new appointments to its executive management team, a move that comes as Zalemark readies itself to enter the marketplace through a reverse merger yet to be announced.

Zalemark founder Steven Zale will take a more focused role as design director, the company said in a statement. Zale will oversee new product development, manufacturing and quality control.

Diane Kelly, a former executive with Sony Pictures Digital Entertainment, will join Zalemark as vice president of marketing and operations. She brings more than 15 years of brand licensing, jewelry product development and marketing experience, and in her new role will oversee day-to-day operations and manage all major accounts.

Roger Oldfield's role as temporary chief financial officer will be made permanent, and Adam Miazga will be promoted from his position as brand manager to director of merchandising, responsible for handling all merchandise and sales-based activities.

"This new management structure prepares Zalemark well for entry into the public marketplace," Steven Zale said in a media release. "Diane and Roger have the experience and operational know-how that Zalemark needs to continue our current rapid expansion."
