Antique Jewelry and Watch Show to come to New York

New York—The organizers of the annual Las Vegas Antique Jewelry and Watch Show and the Miami Beach Antique Jewelry and Watch Show will launch a new show in New York this summer.

The New York Antique Jewelry and Watch Show will run from July 28-31 at the Metropolitan Pavilion in Chelsea, N.Y., one day prior to the opening of the JA New York Summer Show at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center.

"The response has been overwhelming," show manager Andrea Canady said in a statement. "Our dealers have been asking us to do something in New York for years, but we wanted to wait for the right opportunity. And now everything is coming together perfectly."

The antique show, run by DMG World Media, will house 115 global exhibitors. The company has planned an aggressive marketing campaign and has already booked about two-thirds of the show, Canady said.
