Last Friday, Jimmy Fallon of Saturday Night Live fame proposed to film producer Nancy Juvonen with an emerald-cut diamond ring from Neil Lane. It's the first engagement for both Hollywood stars.

The former SNL cast member may be the new host of Late Night after Conan O' Brien takes over the Tonight Show in 2009. For more than a decade, his wife-to-be has been producing films with close friend and producing partner Drew Barrymore. Together, the women own Flower Films and have produced movies such as 50 First Dates, Music and Lyrics and Charlie's Angels.
