New York--National Jeweler is conducting its Product Panel survey on visual merchandising and wants jewelers to weigh in on the types of display cases and lighting fixtures they are selecting for their stores.

Conducted monthly, National Jeweler's Product Panel surveys aim to provide retail readers with data that gives them insight into the latest trends and how they stack up against their peers.

This month's survey contains multiple-choice questions on visual merchandising: the display cases and lighting fixtures that create an atmosphere within a jewelry store.

The survey looks at types of wood, trends in lighting and also questions how much emphasis jewelers are placing on the look of their stores in a time when consumer spending is down considerably.
