JewelrySpotter.com launches first consumer video

August 26, 2009
JewelrySpotter.com has launched its first consumer video, created by Emmy Award-winning producer Mike Bruining of Morning Sun Productions. The video features a professor and her companion running through a jungle where she "spots" jewelry deals.

Paso Robles, Calif.--JewelrySpotter.com, the new jewelry search engine that specializes in spotting jewelry deals for consumers, has just released the first video in a series aimed at introducing shoppers to its services.

Created by Emmy award-winning producer Mike Bruining of Morning Sun Productions, the video stars Jacque Vavroch and Evan Winchester of the San Francisco-based comedy group Pianofight.

The video can be viewed on You Tube here and on JCOC.tv and other social-networking Web sites.

"We are thrilled with the work done by Mike and his team," JewelrySpotter.com Chief Executive Officer Marty Hurwitz said in a media release. "They really made the Jewelry Spotter concept come alive with humor and energy, and the quality of the video is terrific."

JewelrySpotter.com is producing a series of 30-second videos that will introduce consumers to its niche search engine via various online social media throughout the 2009 holiday shopping season.

JewelrySpotter.com now has listings of more than 15,000 jewelry and watch styles from e-commerce Web sites throughout the world, including Diamond Nexus, Direct Jewelry, Helzberg's, Saint by Sarah Jane, Swarovski, Tender Beauty Pearls, The Jewelry Factory, The Watchery, Ultra Diamonds and Zina Sterling Silver.

Any jewelry e-commerce Web site can post product and images on JewelrySpotter.com for free. The posting client is only charged when a consumer clicks through to its e-commerce landing page. The click-through fee is set by the client and can be as low as one cent.

"We continue to get great support from the jewelry industry. We are getting new listings every day from companies big and small and a great variety of product. Consumers searching for deals will have a tremendous choice and a positive search experience," Hurwitz said.

Companies who are interested in listing product on JewelrySpotter.com can visit JewelrySpotter.com or contact Hurwitz at (805) 459-4455, Marty@JewelrySpotter.com.
