Levinson Jewelers sponsors CEO awards

West Palm Beach, Fla.—Levinson Jewelers helped to honor outstanding CEOs when the Plantation, Fla.-based independent retail jeweler served as a sponsor of South Florida Business Journal's "Palm Beach Ultimate CEO 2007."

The awards, honoring chief executive officers in Palm Beach County, Fla., for their commitment to excellence, their leadership roles within their own organization and contributions to the local community, were presented on April 26 at the Raymond F. Kravis Center for the Performing Arts in West Palm Beach, Fla.

From among the event honorees, ranging from a construction company CEO to the head of a hospice-care provider, Levinson Jewelers co-owners Mark and Robin Levinson presented an "Ultimate CEO Award" to Ted Elliott, CEO of Coverall Cleaning Concepts, a company that offers nationwide janitorial services.

In addition to Elliott, the 2007 Palm Beach Ultimate CEO honorees are: Joel Altman, CEO, The Altman Companies; John Atz, principal/senior vice president, Kimley-Horn and Associates Inc.; David Fielding, president/CEO, Hospice of Palm Beach County; Jorge Garcia, CEO, Garcia Stromberg LLC; Leonard Martling, chief operating officer, The Weitz Co.; Mark Perlberg, president/CEO, Oasis Group; Bruce Rendina, former chairman/president/CEO, Rendina Companies; Roxanna Trinka, president/CEO, Baseline Engineering and Land Surveys.
