JBT seminar at Diamond Club West Coast

Los Angeles—Jewelers Board of Trade (JBT) President Dione Kenyon will present an overview of JBT credit and collection services at a seminar in Los Angeles on July 16.

The seminar, titled "An Overview of JBT Credit and Collection Services," will be held at the Diamond Club West Coast at 12:45 p.m., following a noon lunch.

Kenyon will focus on how the JBT can best be used to make well-informed credit decisions. She will cover the JBT's confidential Interchange Program (an automated accounts receivable reporting platform), its benefits and the simple steps involved to join this monthly information exchange.

She will also preview new credit services in development for rollout later this year and beyond, including the "Memo Reporting" platform, (supplemental to the Interchange Program).

This initiative was jointly launched by the Diamond Manufacturers and Importers Association of America and the JBT in response to heightened credit concerns in the industry.
