Nashville, Tenn.--King Jewelers will offer consumers stateside an exclusive first glimpse at the Swiss timepieces debuting at the 2009 Geneva watch shows during its inaugural Nashville Watch Fair.

The event, titled "The Fair After the Fair," will be hosted on Feb. 5 from 10:00 a.m.-7:30 p.m. and on Feb. 6-7 from 10:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. at King Jewelers' newly opened store located at 4121 Hillsboro Road in Nashville.

Authorized dealers representing more than 20 luxury watch brands will participate, presenting never-before-seen collections and one-of-a-kind timepieces to the South Central region of the United States. In addition, the timepieces will include once-in-a-lifetime prototypes that might never be manufactured, providing an even greater experience for watch aficionados and collectors.

The watch brands--many of which are carried exclusively by King Jewelers across the state--include Alpina, Anonimo, Bell and Ross, Bovet, Breitling, Breitling for Bentley, BRM, Bvlgari, Cartier, Chopard, Concord, Corum, DeWitt, Franc Villa, Girard-Perregaux, Harry Winston, Hublot, IWC, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Jaquet Droz, Michele, Montblanc, Piaget, Tissot and Wyler.

"The Watch Fair promises to be an event that will allow our guests from Nashville and beyond to view the most elite and unique Swiss timepieces for the first time," King Jewelers' David King said in a media release. "This will be an annual event and one of the most distinctive ever offered to the Nashville community. Watch collectors wait with bated breath to glimpse these new offerings."

As a salute to the American Heart Association and "Wear Red Day" on Feb. 6, 10 percent of sales during the Watch Fair will benefit the association's Heart Gala.

A Jewelry Fair will be held in conjunction with the Watch Fair.

Door prizes and gifts-with-purchase are being offered at the Watch Fair, and a $7,000 Ebel Beluga watch will be given away during the event. Entries can be submitted at www.Kings1912.com.

Established in 1912, King Jewelers spans five generations and is considered South Florida's oldest jeweler. It opened its latest jewelry and watch gallery store in Nashville in November 2008. For more information about the company, visit its Web site, www.Kings1912.com.
