De Beers opens San Francisco store

San Francisco—De Beers has made a second entrance into the Golden State. With a store already in Beverly Hills, Calif., the retail venture of the De Beers Group opened its seventh North American store in San Francisco last week.

It is the latest store in De Beers' growing roster of North American locations, which includes doors in Dallas, Houston, Las Vegas, New York and Washington, D.C., in addition to the store in Beverly Hills.

The 2,659-square-foot San Francisco store sits on 185 Post Street in Union Square. Its interior features open spaces, ebony walls, etched-glass paneling and a VIP room for private presentations. High display counters can be approached on all sides, and price points for the diamond jewelry items are displayed in the cases.

The store will feature new collections designed by De Beers Creative Director Raphaele Canot, including "Ice on Fire," "Radiance" and "Talisman." In addition, bridal pieces, one-of-a-kind high-end jewelry and signature collections, such as "Wildflowers," will be featured.
