Time on demand by Harry Winston

April 14, 2007

Instead of watching the hands on the dial, purchasers of Harry Winston's "Opus 7" timepiece can demand a view of the hour, minute and power-reserve by pushing the watch's crown. The Opus 7, launched at BaselWorld 2007, has a butterfly-shaped bridge, round case and blue, black and white dial—making the look of the watch as attractive as the features.

The "Duchesse," the first watch in a new series also launched by the retailer, has a three-dimensional look created by overlapping stones, a recognizable Harry Winston stylistic trait. There will only be one Duchess created, but there are two other models in the series. Distribution includes India where Harry Winston is solidifying plans to enter the Indian market.
