Raymond Weil nets Steve Nash

Las Vegas—Raymond Weil has a new brand ambassador: two-time National Basketball Association (NBA) Most Valuable Player Steve Nash.

The Phoenix Suns point guard will appear in the second iteration of the watch brand's "Not a Moment Missed" national campaign, along with Ahmad Rashad, host of NBA TV's Tuesday Night With Ahmad. The campaign will promote the brand's first venture into sports timepieces.

The multi-media black-and-white campaign, shot by Vanity Fair photographer Larry Fink, will launch nationally this spring, with additional executions throughout the year.

The first ads will show Rashad interviewing Nash on the court; others will feature Nash in a more formal setting.

As part of the agreement, Raymond Weil will contribute $60,000 to the Steve Nash Foundation, which benefits needy children. The foundation's logo will appear in each ad.

Raymond Weil's RW Sport collection features stainless steel cases and steel and rubber bracelets.
